SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders over 120 euros are delivered for free. For orders up to 120 euros, the following standard shipping costs apply (including VAT):
For delivery to a parcel locker, you can choose the Omniva, DPD Pickup, or Itella service.

  • Omniva parcel locker service fee – 3.00 €. Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is available for packages that do not exceed size (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg) limits.
  • DPD parcel locker service fee – 2.80 €. Delivery to a DPD parcel locker is available for packages that do not exceed size (36 x 43 x 61 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg) limits. 
  • Itella* parcel locker service fee – 3.10 €. Delivery to an Itella parcel locker is available for packages that do not exceed size (60 x 36 x 60 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg) limits. 
  • Parcel locker service is not available for products that exceed size or weight limits.
  • Courier delivery fees start from 5.60 € and depend on the quantity and weight of the items in the shopping cart.

RETURN POLICY

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without providing any reason.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

Possible reasons for the decrease in the product’s value include:

  • The product is not in its original Lego packaging.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has not retained its original value, including damage to LEGO original package stickers.
  • The product is visually damaged (including mechanical damage).
  • The person returning the item is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the product until the end of the withdrawal period.

RETURNING GOODS

To return the goods, please fill out the return form.

The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item). When returning goods, the preferred principle is that the return is processed using the same method as the goods were delivered to the buyer.

Detailed instructions regarding the return address will be provided after processing the information on the return form.

PROCESS OF REFUND

The seller will refund the returned product(s), including the delivery costs paid by the customer, to the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request. The customer is obligated to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from sending the withdrawal notice. The online store may withhold refunds until the products have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

The returned product must not be used, damaged, dirty, or show any signs of use. It must be complete (including the product packaging and all items originally included in the packaging).

If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly based on the decrease in the value of the goods.

The returned product cannot be exchanged for another product. A new order must be placed for an exchange.
